This was an excellent class. I appreciate all that you have shared with us. It is evident you have a wealth of knowledge and you have invested in educating yourself on each of the topics you teach. This program has the ability to have a meaningful impact beyond the 8 weeks of this class.

You have changed my life with what you’ve taught me. I have to set boundaries on my own time now because my family sees me so much more active—able to cook, work in the yard, spend time with them—and they want to take advantage of it!
