A powerful 1:1 nervous system session to help you feel safe in your body again — especially when fear, tension, or pain has taken over.
Whether it’s a certain movement, a position that triggers panic, or a body sensation you’ve come to dread — your nervous system may have created a protective “fear loop” based on a past experience.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll gently interrupt that old loop — and begin forming a new, safer one.
This session is for you if:

This is not a talk session or traditional therapy. You’ll be guided through a gentle nervous system process that helps your body reinterpret safety — so you can break the loop at its root.
No movement is required. Just your attention, breath, and openness to shift.
