I’m a chronic pain and nervous system specialist with a background in physical therapy and mind-body healing.

But more importantly, I’m someone who knows how deeply frustrating it is to feel like your body is holding you back—especially when you’ve already tried everything.

After years of working with women stuck in cycles of flare-ups, fatigue, and fear, I created a framework to help them feel safe, strong, and at home in their bodies again.

My approach blends science and soul—grounded in pain neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and powerful movement-based tools that help you rewire your body’s pain patterns and reconnect with your vitality.
